The narrative tells the tale of how radio broadcaster Tom Leezak (Ashton Kutcher) and upper-class Sarah McNerney (Brittany Mupphy) met and fell in love in Los Angeles County. The wealthy family of Sarah opposes their decision to be married. While on honeymoon in Europe (first in France, then in Italy), they both confessed to having secrets about one another. It is also at this time that they encounter several challenges that keep them from getting married. They are arrested after a fight breaks out as a result of this. When they go home, they try to make things right. Tom sees he needs a change. but Sarah has already moved to Seattle in Kings County, Washington. But in the end, they come together and win Sarah's family; at that time, both will marry again.
