Calixte is a young singer, author and producer based in California, born in Haiti but living in Los Angeles where he has the opportunity to write for famous artsts like Daryl Hall & John Oates, Will Smith, Sia and Jason Derulo. In 2020 he released "Sweet Disposition" with TRIBU, a tribute to the 2009 hit of the Australian band The Temper Trap, gaining worldwide visibility and reaching more than 4 million streaming plays.
His new singels is “Facts”.
A single that, thanks to its eclecticism, intrigued the famous berlin-based DJ Wankelmut who decided to make a version of it.
Wankelmut is one of the most representative DJ and producer of the Berlin electronic scene. In 2012 he achieved success with the remix of "One Day / Reckoning Song" with Asaf Avidan who earned him #1 position in the charts of 8 European countries and, with more than 3 million records sold, collecting many gold and platinum awards. The success continued the following year with "My Head Is A Jungle" in collaboration with Australian artist Emma Louise, reaching incredible results across Europe even with remixes of MK in the summer of 2014, getting more than 140 million streaming.
At the same time, he remixes big names like Dennis Lloyd, Gossip, Lenny Kravitz, Hozier, K.Flay and Flight Facilities that continue to amplify his notoriety in recent years.
