The Sixx Experiment. Fasting is a VERY beneficial practice and is part of any ancestral diet alongside carnivores; it's all about feast and famine. Fishing is also a primary means for our carnivore ancestors to feed themselves. Red Meat, Fish, and Water are our ancestors' nutritional foundation and now mine as well.

It is amazing to me the solutions available all around. I live on the Pacific coast and rarely fished - pathetic! Of course, I've never been to the point of needing to...and fortunately not now either, but I think it will be fun and rewarding. Let the fishing and fasting commence.
