GEORGE MICHAEL TAKES EUROPEAN TOUR TO PARIS
George Michael was in concert in Paris on Monday night (09OCT06), the first of a two night appearance in the French capital, as part of his 25 Live European tour.
Fans had been waiting since early afternoon to secure front row standing positions and were eager to see George Michael perform after nearly 15 years off stage.
American rock star Lenny Kravitz was present for the concert as was former French tennis star Yannick Noah.
Fans cheered as George Michael came on stage to open his concert with the song 'Flawless' from his latest album 'Patience', released in 2004.
The tour which started on September 23 in Barcelona is to visit 28 cities before December.
