Goku’s journey isn’t over because currently Dragonball Super is busy ruining his character but before that Goku’s journey had ended back in 1995. Goku made a lot of progress from the first time we see him on screen to the last. Not just in terms of power but he grows as a person in a lot of ways starting from being so Naive he couldn’t tell that Bulma was literally being kidnapped to becoming a father and starting a family. Goku’s morals in the simplest way I could put it are alien the same way he is but what are morals? Let’s define it in the most simple way possible using the Oxford languages definition, Morals are a person's standards of behavior or beliefs concerning what is and is not acceptable for them to do.
