NMSP Officer Lujan was called to backup a traffic stop where the driver appeared to be intoxicated, after completing field sobriety test, the driver decided that she didn’t want to go to jail citing the usual my family members a cop, she was allegedly going to be the care taker for her grandmother over night,(not sure how that works being intoxicated and your not taking me to jail.. well we all know how that ended.
