Italian American’s Soup Recipe approved by MOROCCAN, Food Made With LOVE, Gnochitti Fried Dumpling

Easter in Morocco is celebrated today with a Mor Acro family recipe from an Italian American grandma to bring you food made with love. We cook it with turkey and vegetables from the Moroccan souk. Gnochitti are cooked up in our Bohemian Kitchen by a Slovenian and an American living in Morocco. This is not your Moroccan soup you are accustomed to. Potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, onion, garlic, celery, cilantro, turkey legs, salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, and chicken stock cubes are mixed with fried pasta. To make the dough for the gnochitti we mix egg, flower, and olive oil.
