The devil drinks gasoline! When a rough-and-tumble end-time troupe, as rough-edged as they are chummy, paint 'Dead Pop Sex Action' on their skull-embroidered Rock'n'Roll banner as their musical style, it's time for collective attention!

And when the passionate tattoo maniacs in their worn-out clothes look as determined as the LORDS OF SALEM, well, damn, then you have to turn it up even louder!

In the middle of the tasteless no man's land of the watered-down mainstream, the Baden-Württemberg charismatic four-piece hit the ground running and let a massively invigorating overdose of sparkling 80s Hard Rock flash out of the amplifiers with their EP "Hell Over Salem".

Electrifying songs with a beguilingly dark-occult touch are brought to life. Lasciviously tongue-in-cheek songs that couldn't be more pithy, juicy and captivating.

The completely timeless sound of the conspiratorial bunch around exceptional singer Postel, often reminiscent of various, thirsty pioneers from LA, dances ominously enraptured but deliciously exuberant on a pleasingly stable foundation.

It was built by the enormously powerful formation of optimally built guitar riffs that drive straight into the bones, riveted hot as hell with greedily pumping power drumming.

A fat pinch of Danzig, a thick dose of Kiss, a poisonous injection of Mötley Crüe and a big splash of Lordi refine the efficient recipe.

The interesting band cross-references are one thing, the high degree of originality of LORDS OF SALEM's crisp yet atmospheric material is another!

Intuitively and unerringly composed, enthusiastically and confidently played and magically catchy hammer numbers that you won't forget.

The tracks on the 2018 EP "Hell Over Salem" were produced by old master Achim Köhler, whose work for acts such as Sinner, Brainstorm, Symphorce, Primal Fear, Sodom, Sonic Syndicate, Headhunter etc. has also been impressive.
