Our second guest this season is writer, comedian, film-maker, actor, and poet Rab Florence! We’ve long admired Rab’s work in the Scottish arts scene and it was an honour to feature him on the show. In this episode Kevin and Rab discuss the differences between the comedy and poetry scenes, the benefits from reading from a page in live performance, and even the dreaded ‘poetry voice’! Plus we start the episode with three fantastic poems and conclude it with Rab reading his chilling, powerful piece “Sawney Bean.” Enjoy!
