When you travel the globe performing like A-Trak, it's important to know your audience.

"There's no place like Vegas. It's a different kind of excitement and energy from the crowd because you can tell they've been thinking about their trip to Vegas, probably for months. … There's something very powerful about Vegas, that's for sure."

It also helps to know your way around. A-Trak recently met up with Natasha Martinez of Complex to take a tour of the destination through his eyes. After a stop at Feature Sneaker Boutique inside Wynn Las Vegas, the two pulled into 11th Street Records in Downtown Las Vegas to help the world-class DJ and producer find some new inspiration.

"I think there's something cool about the challenge of picking songs that everyone knows and likes in Vegas, because you have such a various crowd."

Next stop: Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres at SLS Las Vegas. And of course, A-Trak's day in Vegas concluded with a stop inside Drai's Beachclub and Nightclub at the Cromwell, where he has a residency.
