#Lenny #Kravitz is not your average #rock star. He doesn’t smoke, drink, or do drugs which is quite surprising because I thought rockstars ate beer for breakfast and drugs for dinner.. anyways….. Lenny doesn’t eat meat, dairy, or processed foods. He doesn’t even use a fridge! Instead, he grows his own fruits and vegetables in his garden and eats them raw or lightly cooked. He also drinks plenty of water, herbal teas, and fresh juices, especially soursop, a tropical fruit rich in fiber and antioxidants.
